Job description

As a Landscape Laborer, you will play a key role in bringing our clients’ outdoor visions to life by performing a variety of hands-on landscaping and construction tasks. Responsibilities
  • Perform landscape labor including hand digging, grading, moving soils and gravel, and operating machinery as needed
  • Assist with fence installations, concrete work, and irrigation system installation
  • Drive company vehicles to and from job sites
  • Follow assigned work schedules and complete tasks according to project specifications and company standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and organizing at the shop
  • Care for and safely handle company equipment, ensuring proper oil and gas mixtures
  • Build positive relationships with clients and team members through professionalism and effective communication
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and project goals
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to operate landscaping equipment and drive with a trailer or small equipment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
  • Ability to bend, squat, kneel, and perform physical labor outdoors for up to 8 hours
