Job Title: General Laborer
Job Description

The role involves working in a new facility dedicated to the assembly and transportation of painted parts to various plants. The primary focus is on wrapping parts and cabs in protective packaging materials to prevent damage during transit and minimize costly paint rework. This position requires adaptability and openness to feedback as the process and standards are being established.

Responsibilities

  • Transport painted parts from assembly to designated locations.
  • Wrap parts and cabs in packaging materials to protect them during transit.
  • Assist in developing and refining the packaging process and standards.
  • Consistently lift and handle materials weighing up to 35 lbs.
  • Maintain excellent attendance and work history.

Work Environment

Employees will work at either the IPP (Mayflower) or ASY (American Dr.) facilities, visible from Highway 41. The work schedule includes a 1st shift from 4 am to 2 pm Monday-Thursday, a 2nd shift from 2 pm to midnight Monday-Thursday, and a weekend shift from 5 am to 5 pm Friday-Sunday.
