Job description

The Granite Mountain Quarries Plant 1 Operations in Little Rock, Arkansas is currently recruiting for Plant Laborer. Only on-line applicants will be considered / evaluated.

Plant Laborer Classification Description:

Plant Laborer will assist in plant operations as assigned. Keeping the plant area that you are assigned to clean is part of the daily responsibilities. Ability to learn and safely be a part of the daily responsibilities. Be able to perform tasks in hot or cold climate conditions which can be extreme. Ability to occasionally crawl, lift, push and pull 100lbs. Ability to do moderate manual labor and be a positive part of a team is part of the daily responsibilities.

Basic Requirements:

Are you willing and able to shovel, wheelbarrow and use a water hose to keep the area clean?

Are you willing to work up to a 12-hour shift and additional overtime and weekends if necessary?

Are you willing and able to climb ladder, stairs, or graded inclines to access plant structures?

Are you willing and able to stand for long periods of time while using a shovel or water hose?

Are you willing and able to occasionally lift up to 50lbs., push, pull and crawl up to 50lbs.?

Are you willing and able to perform the basic qualifications identified in the job description for Plant Laborer?
