What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Weekend Lab Assistant position, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Weekend Lab Assistant, you should have a solid background in basic laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with higher education in the sciences preferred. Can you get a lab assistant job with no experience?
