Revel, adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Downtown is searching for a Kitchen Manager to lead their culinary team.  Revel is a refined American restaurant located steps from Market Square and offers a casual dining menu, seasonal outdoor seating and handcrafted drinks. The Kitchen Manager reports to the Food and Beverage Manager and oversees the daily culinary operations. Some of their duties include:

  • Supervising kitchen staff and scheduling shifts
  • Managing food preparation and quality standards
  • Ordering and controlling inventory and supplies
  • Ensuring food safety and sanitation compliance
  • Monitoring food costs and reducing waste
  • Training new kitchen employees
  • Coordinating with front-of-house staff and management
  • Maintaining kitchen equipment and organization

Required Skills:

  • Proven ability to train others and lead a team.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
