POSITION SUMMARY

The Pediatric Movement Center (PMC) is looking for a part-time Weekend Instructor/ Birthday Party Instructor to join our KidMotion team in the Hagerstown clinics. The KidMotion program is designed for kids of all ages and abilities to develop their social skills, creativity, strength, endurance, coordination and confidence through fun age-appropriate activities.

Responsibilities of this position include greeting clients and families with genuine interest and concern, safety, running of activities, flow of birthday parties and other special events, set-up and clean-up.

Previous experience with gymnastics and special needs are a plus, but not required.

Must be people-oriented, compassionate, friendly, energetic, organized, self-driven, an independent learner, and team -oriented.

Moderate physical effort such as standing/ walking, assisting with setup/ breakdown of equipment, the ability to transition on/off floor to interact with children, and to spot children while performing activities in the gym, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching.

Hours vary from 4-29.75 per week and include weekend shifts.

Wage Range $15-$17/ hr.
