Essential Job Functions

  • Plan breakfast menus according to brand standards and facility needs
  • Prepare room set up and ensures cleanliness and working condition of equipment in the areaย 
  • Manage inventory of food and utensilsย 
  • Prepares daily breakfast menu of hot and cold breakfast foodsย 
  • Follow required sanitation procedures for food handling safety
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to any guest questions or concernsย 
  • Break down breakfast area at end of meal period, ensuring clean facility for next mealย 

Skills

  • You are neat, organized, and efficient
  • You have strong organizational, communication and customer service skillsย 
  • You obtain and maintain any food handling certificates that may applyย 

Education

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Experience

Proven working experience in restaurant or hotel kitchen preferred

Hours required

Scheduled days and time vary based on hotel needs. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirementsย 

Comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.ย
