Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Java Application Support Developer to provide troubleshooting and support for Java applications. The role involves handling escalated issues, monitoring ticket tracking tools, and coordinating with other teams to ensure application stability and performance.
Responsibilities:
• Java Application Support and issue Troubleshooting Investigation and handling of issues escalated to L1, L2 support
• Bug fixes for production issues
• Review Splunk logs and application container logs, create splunk queries, alerts, dashboard
• Escalate and Co-ordinate with other teams in case of application abnormalities and failures
• Monitored ticket tracking tool for SR, Incidents, Problem management and maintain the SLA process.
• Ensure analysis of technical issues and their resolutions be performed as per best practices committed to the client
• Rotation based On-call support, sometimes on weekend Key
Qualifications:
Required:
• Java Application Support and issue Troubleshooting Investigation and handling of issues escalated to L1, L2 support
