JANITORIAL AREA SUPERVISOR - 2ND SHIFT

SUPERVISOR AREA INCLUDES: 

PAY: $18.00-$20.00 PER HOUR
$300 REFERRAL BONUS
WEEKEND AVAILABLITY IS A PLUS

Required Job Responsibilities of Janitorial Area Supervisor:

Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:

  • Must be familiar with the cleaning expectations for each assigned building.
  • Perform regular quality inspections of assigned facilities to confirm cleaning expectations.
  • Train new team members and communicate regularly regarding expectations.
  • Monitor team members attendance and performance.
  • Responsible to cover or find coverage for buildings when team members are unable to report for their shift at assigned buildings.
  • Manage hour goals for each building for compliance.
  • Maintain janitorial inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Respond to customer feedback and communicate to team members to execute.
  • Follow safety regulations including proper use of SDS sheets and train team members on safety protocol.
  • Maintain building security compliance including use of alarms and tracking keys.
  • Complete any team member paperwork (training, evaluations, requests, and discipline) in a timely manner.
  • Communicate regularly with Janitorial Team Members, Operations and other management.
  • Maintain cleanliness of any assigned company vehicle used for shift

  • Ability to pass drug test
  • Employee will be required to travel to multiple buildings during scheduled shift
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Must have acceptable driving record to meet company insurance requirements
  • Must have reliable transportation although a company vehicle may be made available for use during shift based on area
  • Routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing up to 30 pounds
