Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

LJ's Cleaning Solutions is seeking a dependable Weekend Lead to oversee weekend janitorial operations while working alongside the cleaning team. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for maintaining quality standards, supporting team members, and ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the weekend janitorial crew
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met
  • Train and assist team members as needed
  • Monitor attendance, breaks, and timekeeping
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding daily operations
  • Perform hands-on cleaning of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and common areas
  • Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, and polish floors
  • Safely use cleaning equipment, chemicals, and required PPE
