If you enjoy leading, by example, coaching others, and taking pride in delivering quality service, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Empty trash and recycling containers throughout assigned facilities.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory and request supplies as needed.
  • Address employee and customer concerns professionally, escalating issues to leadership when appropriate.
  • Promote a positive, safe, and productive work environment by following Didlake policies and safety procedures.
  • Serve as a dependable role model by demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service.
  • Complete all required training and maintain compliance with company and contract requirements.
  • When required by the contract, perform snow and ice removal from walkways, entrances, and loading areas using snow removal equipment and de-icing materials.
  • Report to work during inclement weather and scheduled contract outages as required. This position is considered essential personnel.
