Your Daily Contributions
  • Executing thorough patient evaluations, ordering essential diagnostic assessments, and creating tailored care strategies
  • Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic illnesses, collaborating with physicians or independently depending on your credentials
  • Educating patients and their families on preventive care, wellness, and effective illness management
  • Prescribing medications and treatments adhering to the established scope of practice
  • Participating in patient follow-ups and managing chronic care plans
  • Working alongside interdisciplinary teams to provide integrated and holistic care
  • Accurately documenting within electronic medical records (EMR)
Educational Background
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
  • Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Necessary Certifications
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona
  • National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or a relevant specialty certification
