Job Title: Hard Lines Processor
Location: Destin, FL 32541
Duration: 6 Months Contract to Direct Hire
Work Schedule:
Must be flexible and available to work varying shifts, including weekends.
Workdays: Monday through Sunday
Hours: Between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Max Pay: $15/hr.
Description:
Support the efficient and cost-effective operation of the retail store through strong teamwork, donor and customer service, and accurate processing of donated goods.
Primary Responsibilities:
Sorting and categorizing donated items such as housewares, toys, electronics, decor, etc.
Pricing items accurately and in accordance with company standards.
Cleaning and preparing merchandise for sale.
Packing and shipping goods to appropriate retail stores or warehouses.
Ensuring quality control and salability of all items.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe processing area.
Collaborating with team members to meet processing goals.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic knowledge of general merchandise and electronics is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
Work Environment:
Warehouse/retail setting with moderate to high physical activity.
Exposure to varying temperatures and conditions based on location.
