Job description
20/20 Custom Molded Plastics is looking for a skilled set-up technician to join our team in Covington, GA. This position is the first building block of successful production. The qualified candidate must be able to:
- Gain base knowledge of structural foam and injection molding preparations.
- Be self motivated and be able to work independently when needed.
- Lift and carry 50 to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
- Able to climb stairs and ladders frequently.
- Experience in large ton machines and mold changes.
- Must provide own tools (basic hand tools - ratchets, sockets, wrenches, etc.) to complete the job.
- Work in a non-climate controlled environment.
- Have flexibility with work schedule, able to work overtime and weekends
- Overhead crane, forklift, and a mechanical training a plus.
- Prior plastics experience necessary.
