Location: Dallas, TX
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Cyber Security Program Manager to help drive coordination, organization, and execution across our cybersecurity initiatives. This role will focus on improving team efficiency, establishing effective processes, managing priorities, and serving as a key liaison between cybersecurity teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
The ideal candidate is a strong organizer, communicator, and relationship builder who can ensure projects, teams, and stakeholders remain aligned while supporting a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage cybersecurity program activities across multiple teams.
  • Establish and improve processes, workflows, and operating procedures to increase team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Track priorities, deliverables, milestones, and action items to ensure successful program execution.
  • Facilitate communication between cybersecurity teams, business units, leadership, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder updates.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and potential roadblocks and coordinate resolution efforts.
  • Support planning, reporting, and governance activities for cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, status reports, and program documentation.
  • Help drive accountability and follow-through across cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure alignment between cybersecurity objectives and broader business goals.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing or coordinating IT, cybersecurity, technology, or business-focused programs/projects.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
