Build the Future of Technology at Grandeur Fasteners

Grandeur Fasteners is a growing U.S. manufacturer committed to operational excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced IT & Cybersecurity Manager to serve as our primary internal technology leader while partnering with our external IT and cybersecurity providers.
This is more than a traditional IT management position. You'll work directly with executive leadership to shape the company's technology strategy, improve business systems, strengthen cybersecurity, support ERP and manufacturing technologies, and help lead the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation across the organization.
If you're passionate about using technology to solve business challenges and improve operations, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the company's primary internal technology leader.
• Coordinate with outsourced IT and cybersecurity partners.
• Administer Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft Defender.
• Support ERP systems and manufacturing technologies.
• Lead technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support cybersecurity governance and compliance efforts, including familiarity with CMMC and NIST SP 800-171.
• Evaluate and implement Microsoft Copilot, AI tools, automation, and business intelligence solutions.
• Manage technology vendors, software licensing, IT-related budgets, and strategic technology planning.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute a long-term technology roadmap.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, business systems, or technology leadership.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365.
• Working knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
• Experience supporting ERP or enterprise business applications.
• Strong project management, organizational, vendor management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Familiarity with CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, AI-enabled business applications, or process automation.
• Microsoft, cybersecurity, or networking certifications.

Why Join Grandeur Fasteners

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing manufacturing company where technology is viewed as a strategic advantage. You'll work closely with executive leadership to improve operations, modernize business systems, strengthen cybersecurity, and help shape the company's long-term technology strategy.

Compensation

Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and demonstrated capabilities. Grandeur Fasteners offers a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for professional development, and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the company's technology strategy and future growth.

Benefits

• Comprehensive health benefits
• Retirement savings plan
• Paid vacation and holidays
• Professional development and training opportunities
• Collaborative, team-oriented work environment
• Opportunity to lead meaningful technology initiatives that directly impact the business

If you're looking for an opportunity to combine technology leadership, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, ERP support, AI innovation, and strategic business improvement in a growing manufacturing company, we encourage you to apply.
