Job description

Indotronix is seeking a Scrum Master in Pittsburgh, PA, and multiple client locations

Position Title: Scrum Master

Position Location: Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX, and Phoenix, AZ

Ability to work remotely: Hybrid -3 days office / 2 days remote

Days of the week: Weekdays

Working Hours (Flexible): 8:00 am 5:00 pm (EST)

Duration: Contract to hire

Roles and Responsibilities:

Attend/facilitate crew ceremonies

Be accessible during hours of operation, which is typically between 8 AM-5 PM EST, Monday-Friday. Weekends are possible if production issues arise and/or code deployments.

Work with team members to remove impediments

Fostering a collaborative environment

Provide leadership to the team

Respect teammates

Candidates should be able to do:

Facilitation of meetings and discussions

Scrum knowledge

Agile coaching

Must Have Technical Skills:

1. Technical Knowledge (UI/API/DB knowledge of each component and how they interrelate)

2. Tracking backlogs - (Jira/Azure DevOps)

3. Review logs / repos (DevOps Tool: Jenkins, BitBucket

4. Leadership

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

6. High problem-solving ability

7. Conflict Resolution Skills

Interview Process:

1 interview: 1 hour (HM + team)
