Responsibilities - Track and manage purchase orders, including confirmations and delivery status - Communicate with suppliers to resolve past-due orders and shortages - Maintain and update procurement trackers and reports for open POs, shortages, and supplier follow-ups - Prepare weekly and monthly reports analyzing on-time delivery, lead times, and supply risks - Validate and cleanse supplier and material master data for accuracy in lead times, pricing, and order quantities - Analyze inventory and material flows to identify shortages and excesses - Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Warehouse, Quality, and Finance to resolve supply and invoice issues - Drive process improvement by digitizing manual processes, standardizing reports, and documenting procedures - Support supplier performance tracking and internal review preparation - Provide general administrative and analytical support to the procurement team Required Skills and Experience - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline - Basic understanding of supply chain and procurement concepts - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting - Excellent written and verbal communication - Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and organized way - Internship or project work in supply chain or data analysis (preferred but not required) Preferred Skills - Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP a plus) - Experience with process improvement and Lean principles - Knowledge of digital tools such as SharePoint - Exposure to standardized reporting and documentation (SOPs) Benefits - Accelerated career growth through hands-on experience and mentorship - Exposure to procurement systems and supplier management - Opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional business teams - Involvement in impactful process improvement projects - Learn industry best practices in a supportive, high-performing environment How to Apply Ready to launch your supply chain career?
