Who This Role Is For

MUST BE AT LEAST 16 YEARS OLD TO WORK IN THE KITCHEN

This role is for high school students who want to work hard and be part of a high-performance kitchen team.

You will work after school and on weekends in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment where speed, precision, and consistency matter every shift.

This is not an easy job. It requires focus, effort, and accountability.

Position Type
  • Part-Time (After School & Weekend Shifts)
Availability Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
  • Available at least 2–3 weekdays (afternoon/evening shifts)
  • Available to work Saturdays
  • Reliable transportation to and from the restaurant
What You’ll Do
  • Prepare and assemble food quickly and accurately
  • Maintain strict food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Operate in multiple kitchen stations during high-volume periods
  • Keep your station stocked, organized, and efficient
  • Work with urgency to keep the kitchen flowing at all times
  • Communicate clearly with team members to prevent slowdowns
  • Follow all Chick-fil-A procedures and standards
