About the Role We're seeking a reliable Back Office Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our hotels. In this role you'll keep paperwork organized, support the front desk and management team, and help everything behind the scenes run smoothly. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, comfortable with basic accounting, and has strong computer skills. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and interested in the hospitality business, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do

  • Assist management with daily reports and recordkeeping
  • Handle basic accounting tasks.
  • Organize and process daily paperwork, guest records, and reports
  • Answer phones and e-mails, respond to inquiries, and direct to the right team
  • Support reservations and help keep booking information accurate
  • Handle incoming emails, faxes, and filing to keep the office running smoothly
  • Help track supplies and support management with administrative tasks
