How you will contribute

A Physical Therapist who excels in this role:

Responsible for outpatient and inpatient evaluations, assessments, plans of care and ongoing physical therapy treatments as prescribed by a licensed physician.   

Administers treatment plan of care in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability.   

Accurately documents in a timely manner, all patient related information and ensure that patients are charged correctly per departmental and insurance carrier guidelines.  

Participates in departmental operational activities such as the budget, clinical quality, clinical education, infection control, departmental safety and team building programs.

What we are looking for  

Applicants should have current North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy License and possess a bachelor's degree. Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.  Additional requirements include:

BLS is required within 30 days of hire
