Competitive base salary with incentive bonus structure.
Fast-track partnership opportunity available after 1 year.
Full-time Monday - Thursday clinic schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
Approximate patient volume of ~20 patients per day with 50/50 Hematology and Oncology split.
Weekend hospital call every 4 weeks (limited burden, ADC typically 1 patient).
Call coverage from Thursday 4 PM through Monday morning with rounding at nearby hospitals only.
Practice consists of 3 comprehensive cancer centers in Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, and Bradenton.
