IU Health Medical Group - South Region is growing and adding an APP to our team to improve patient access! We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient pulmonology team in Bloomington, IN!
Position Details:
  • Full-time
  • Days, 4x10s
  • No weekends or holidays
  • 100% outpatient
  • Team includes 5 physicians and 2 APPs
  • Patient volume: 60-70 visits/week, adult only
Key Responsibilities:
  • Caring for patients in an outpatient clinic - managing chronic respiratory conditions
  • No procedures
Qualifications:
  • ACNP, FNP or PA certification required
  • If new graduate, training and experience rounding with pulmonary service preferred

Healthcare System/Hospital Description
The new IU Health Bloomington Hospital and Regional Academic Health Center, part of the Indiana University Health Medical Group, opened in December 2021. The facility offers a personalized approach to inpatient services (including intensive care, complex surgeries and comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services), outpatient services with leading-edge diagnostic testing, flexible space in the emergency department for post-care observation, a dedicated trauma center and a cancer infusion center.
At the same time, the facility strengthens healthcare education by providing space for collaboration and coordination of care and teaching. Students and trainees frequently come to the hospital side of the facility for clinical experiences.
