BlueWater Federal is looking for a Help Desk Manager to support Dept of the Navy at the Pentagon


Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the help desk team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective performance and professional development.
  • Establish and maintain customer service standards, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and technical issues.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of help desk staff, developing feedback reports and implementing strategies for improvement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT related field or equivalent
  • 5+ years of progressive help desk experience with strong mentoring and analytical skills.
  • Must have an active Secret clearance
  • ITIL v4 certification is required
  • Helpdesk Customer Service Representative Certification is desired.
