Our Salem branch services Salem, Dallas, Woodburn, Independence, Aumsville, Silverton, Turner, and nearby surrounding areas! We will find a client close to the location in which you'd like to work!
Current scheduling needs:
  • Weekend help is needed in all areas
  • Morning shifts available
  • Caregivers willing to transport clients in their own vehicles
  • Bilingual, Spanish, Cantonese and Russian speaking caregivers
  • ASL caregiver
  • Part-time and full-time hours available (flexible scheduling!)

Requirements
  • 18 years+
  • Ability to pass a state and national background check
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Auto insurance with your name listed on the policy as a driver
  • Weekend availability

What will you do as an In Home Caregiver?
Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):
  • Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments (we offer mileage reimbursement!)
  • Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
  • Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
  • Cooking and/or serving meals
  • Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
  • Tech-savvy caregivers (app clock in/ clock out, email, and texting required)
  • Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information
  • Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
  • If you have not previously completed the Oregon state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with the nurse-led medication training before you can work with clients. You will be paid to complete both trainings!
