Job description

Help Bring the Silverton Christmas Market to Life


The Silverton Christmas Market is looking for hardworking, dependable team members to join our Holiday Display Crew. This seasonal position is expected to continue through mid-January 2027 and plays a key role in creating one of Oregon's most popular holiday events.


As a Holiday Display Crew Member, you'll help install, maintain, and remove holiday lights, decorations, displays, signage, and other event elements throughout the season. This is a hands-on position that works both indoors and outdoors and is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and working as part of a team.


No previous experience with holiday displays is required. Training is provided.


What You'll Do
  • Set up holiday lights, decorations, and displays
  • Help maintain displays throughout the season
  • Replace damaged lights and decorations as needed
  • Assist with painting and basic display repairs
  • Help install and remove event signage
  • Assist with event setup and tear-down
  • Organize and store decorations and equipment
  • Use ladders, hand tools, and basic equipment safely
  • Follow all safety procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Position is expected to continue through at least mid-January 2027
