Job description

The Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing I.T. support to local and remote employees.

Essential Job Functions:

The ideal candidate will have a mix of support and customer service experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a passion for learning new technologies.

Install, configure, and maintain corporate laptops, printers, phones, and other equipment as needed.

Troubleshoot problems with hardware, software, networking, and other related technologies.

Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. citizenship is required.

A Bachelor's degree or an Associate's degree with 0-2 years of experience or HS and 8 years of experience is required.

Thorough knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to accurately document technical issues.

Work well under pressure, demonstrate the ability to multi-task, and be able to meet deadlines.

Pass the CompTIA Network+ within ninety days of hire if not already obtained.
