Job description

Cool Beans Cafe is looking for reliable weekend help.


Our ideal candidate is customer service oriented, attentive, punctual, and outgoing.
Our locations are very fast paced, so ability to think on your feet and react quickly is necessary.
Starting wage $16.00 per hour plus tips (tips earned after training is completed).

We promote from within so there is room for advancement!

Must be a self starter and highly motivated.
Hours are available between 7am-8pm (closing shifts leave around 9) Mon-Sat.
8am-7pm on Sundays.
Requirements:
Must be 18+
Must be available during the listed hours.
1-3 Years Barista experience.
Excellent customer service skills
Resume and prescreen questions must be included/ answered to be considered.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
  • Prepare food items quickly and to customer needs
  • Baking cookies, muffins, etc, to maintain appropriate bakery item levels
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area
  • Follow health and safety guidelines
  • Interact with customers regularly and professionally
  • Clean and restock the store to set up the opening shifts for success


Qualifications

  • Must be 18+
  • Outgoing and friendly personality. Ability to work as a team.
  • High integrity with a great attendance record
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to upsell
  • Must be able to stand for up to 5 hours
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
