Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Help Desk/Desktop Support professional. The role involves providing technical support for Laptop/Desktop computers, troubleshooting hardware issues, and supporting Microsoft SCCM and Windows Desktop operating systems.

• Have at least 5 years' experience in a technical support role, such as Help Desk, IT Remote Support, or Systems Operator
• Demonstrate vast knowledge and experience supporting Laptop/Desktop computers, hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft SCCM and Windows Desktop operating systems, software (including MS Office)
• Have excellent communication (written and verbal) and enjoy problem solving
