RN Registered Nurse Job Description:

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the RN Supervisor assumes responsibility and accountability for nursing services delivered to residents. The RN Supervisor organizes and distributes daily assignments to direct care staff, administers treatments and medications, and provides direct care. The RN Supervisor also makes decisions about resident care needs during their shift and ensures the "Flow of Care" is followed.
