Your Opportunity:

You are a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst who is client-focused and committed to quality service. The position works to ensure patient-care focused values, goals and principles are implemented and integrated in the delivery of IT services. Working in our Technology Projects team, you will apply your technical knowledge and infrastructure/deployment experience to work with business and IT stakeholders to elicit complex technical requirements and identify solutions, processes and logistics that enable the organization to achieve its goals. You will apply a structured business analysis approach that includes: engaging business stakeholders and IT partners to gather infrastructure/technical requirements and use cases; performing complex data manipulation, analysis, and reporting from large data sets; producing detailed process documentation; performing complex logistics planning. Working as an effective part of a project team, you will take on addition team duties as required to meet the goals of the project(s)/program and provide post-support activities that evaluate the effectiveness of solutions and drive improvements based on lessons learned. Please note: Classifications Under Review. This is a temporary 18-month position. Location is negotiable.

As a Business Analyst, you will work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. You will interpret client needs, assess requirements and identify solutions to non-standard issues and requests, provide advice and direction to clients, and contribute to solutions by providing input into strategy, workflows and delivery for assigned projects and programs.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent level of education and experience.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in business analysis or a related discipline (organizational change management, project management, data visualization, etc.). Experience working on infrastructure projects such as O/S upgrades, migration to cloud, hardware deployments, identity and/or cybersecurity programs. Experience in MS365 applications: Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Teams). Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required. Good facilitation and written/verbal communication skills. Experience in a variety of stakeholder engagement techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using Power BI is preferred. Experience using Power Automate and Power Platform is an asset. Experience working on Microsoft capability projects is an asset.
