As a fully remote mental health counseling facility, Peace and Purpose offers flexibility that caters to both our employees and clients. This position is designed to allow you to work from the comfort of your home while ensuring that you remain closely connected with a supportive team through regular virtual meetings and discussions. Our work hours are scheduled Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends required to accommodate the needs of our clients. • Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients and develop appropriate interventions.
• Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices to achieve client-specific goals.
• Providing individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using established therapeutic techniques tailored to varying client needs.
• Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care for our clients.
• Documenting confidential client information meticulously, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines to uphold privacy standards.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development, including clinical supervision and case conferences, to refine skills and improve client care.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in the state of Washington.
• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting effective individual and group therapy within mental health environments.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic methods applicable to mental health treatment.
• Exceptional ability to build rapport with a diverse array of clients, fostering trust and openness.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential for client interaction and professional documentation.

• Experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems for documenting client interactions and treatment progress.

• Prior experience working in outpatient settings and providing telehealth services is preferable.
