As a Certified Home Care Aide with SYNERGY HomeCare Of East King County, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our clients in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as provide companionship and emotional support. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition to the nurse or other healthcare professionals
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and other healthcare professionals
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
