In this role, you will provide care and support to seniors and individuals who need assistance maintaining their independence in the comfort of their own homes. Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.

Role Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients.

Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.

Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.

Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.

Monitor and report changes in the clientโ€™s health, behavior, and needs.

Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

Requirements:

A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)

Reliable vehicle and a valid driverโ€™s license with Auto Insurance.

Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.

Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.
