What are some common challenges faced by staff working weekend shifts in a group home setting?

Staff working weekend shifts in a group home often encounter unique challenges such as managing a higher volume of resident activities, addressing increased behavioral issues due to changes in routine, and coordinating with fewer on-site supervisors or specialists.
