Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting. This position involves assisting residents with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.   • Assist residents with meal preparation, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
  • Facilitate engaging activities that promote social interaction and skill development.
