The Family Tree Concept, Inc. is a mission-driven provider in South Florida specializing in behavior analysis, residential habilitation, and FCC/DD Pilot services. We’re known for working with individuals who have complex needs and building strong, supportive clinical teams.

Position Overview

We are seeking BCBAs, LMHCs, and LMFTs to join our expanding team. This role offers flexible schedules, partial remote work, and opportunities for leadership growth. You’ll provide high-quality, individualized clinical services while helping shape the future of care in our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and implement individualized Behavior Plans (BASPs)
  • Deliver services in homes, ADT programs, and community settings
  • Supervise and mentor Behavior Assistants
  • Collaborate with families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA, LMHC, or LMFT license (Florida)
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Eligible for Level II Background Screening

Preferred: Medicaid Waiver knowledge, bilingual (Spanish, English)
