Description

Join our team as a Seasonal Golf Clubhouse Cook and help deliver quality food service to golfers and guests at the Majestic Oaks Pro Shop area. In this fast-paced, short-order cooking role, you'll prepare and serve fresh menu items while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on cooking, customer interaction, and working in an outdoor, resort-style food service environment.

  • Shift: Flexible (Days, Weekends, Holidays; primarily daytime golf hours) 
  • Department: Golf Operations / Food & Beverage 
What You'll Do
  • Take guest orders and provide friendly, efficient counter service 
  • Prepare and cook short-order menu items including sandwiches, wraps, grilled items, fried foods, and snacks 
  • Set up, maintain, and break down outdoor food service and prep areas daily 
  • Ensure all ingredients and menu items are stocked and ready for service 
  • Follow established recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines 
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen and service areas including grills, fryers, tables, and work surfaces 
  • Monitor inventory levels and order or restock supplies through the established requisition process 
  • Assist with beverage service and support F&B attendants as needed 
  • Ensure smooth service flow by keeping the line organized and fully stocked 
  • Assist with closing duties, including cleaning, securing, and resetting the kitchen 
  • Maintain food safety standards and comply with all health regulations

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older 
  • At least 1 year of cooking or food service experience preferred 
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment 
  • Basic knowledge of grilling, frying, and short-order cooking techniques

  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety procedures consistently
