GOLF OUTSIDE SERVICES ATTENDANT
Under supervision, the Golf Outside Services Attendant will perform essential operational functions in accordance with the standard operating procedures of both the Columbia Association and the Sport and Fitness Department. The Golf Outside Services Attendant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while providing information regarding course, play time and other golf related issues, monitoring the course for pace of play, providing instructions to golfers prior to tee time, providing carts to golfers, picking driving range as well as, keeping the clubhouse grounds, cart areas and driving range area clean and organized. This position involves frequent public interaction and manual labor with exposure to various weather conditions including sun, rain, heat, snow, and cold. All Golf Outside Services Attendants respond to customers' needs to enhance the experience at Hobbits Glen / Fairway Hills. Attendant is knowledgeable of all golf programs offered and assists in the promotion of programs.
The pay range for this position is $16.00 to $17.00. The actual pay rate offered will depend on the overall qualifications of the individual applicant for the position and the amount budgeted for the role. CA offers a positive, fun work environment and a generous benefits package. Part-time benefits include a free Fit & Play membership, Wellness benefits w/Perks and some paid leave. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), a free Fit & Play membership, Wellness benefits w/perks and paid leave.
