Key Responsibilities:

Bag Room & Golf Operations

Assist with receiving, organizing, storing, and retrieving golf bags in the Bag Room

Ensure golf bags are properly organized and readily available for members and guests

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional Bag Room and surrounding areas

Assist with daily Golf Operations to ensure the course and facilities are prepared for members and guests

Golf Cart Cleaning & Staging

Clean, inspect, and stage golf carts for daily play

Ensure carts are properly stocked, clean, and ready for members and guests

Return golf carts to designated areas after use

Assist with basic upkeep and organization of the golf cart staging area

Practice Range

Maintain and organize the Practice Range throughout the day

Collect and organize range balls and ensure the practice area remains clean and presentable

Assist with preparing the Practice Range for daily member and guest use

Member & Guest Service

Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner

Assist guests with golf bags, carts, and general Golf Operations needs

Provide excellent customer service and help create a positive experience from arrival through departure

Respond to member and guest questions and direct them to the appropriate department or team member when needed

Bag Drop

Assist members and guests at the Bag Drop upon arrival

Safely handle, load, unload, and transport golf bags

Ensure golf bags are properly tagged and delivered to the appropriate location

Maintain an organized and welcoming Bag Drop area

Team Collaboration & Safety

Work closely with Golf Operations staff to maintain an efficient and enjoyable experience for members and guests

Communicate any equipment concerns, guest requests, or operational issues to management

Follow all resort policies, safety procedures, and proper handling practices

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Perform additional duties as assigned
