Hillwood Country Club is currently hiring Full-time, part-time, and seasonal Golf Course Maintenance staff! 


Hillwood Country Club is seeking motivated individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance Team.

Located in the scenic hills of Belle Meade, Hillwood offers a premier private club experience highlighted by an 18-hole championship golf course and state-of-the-art practice facilities.

Our maintenance team plays a critical role in delivering exceptional course conditions and overall club presentation, maintaining all areas of the property including greens, tees, fairways, roughs, cart paths, practice facilities, and clubhouse grounds.

Job Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous golf course maintenance experience preferred, but not required
  • Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Ability to work 8+ hours outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Operate mowing equipment for greens, tees, fairways, and roughs
  • Perform walk mowing and detailed maintenance on putting greens
  • Operate small engine equipment (string trimmers, blowers, sod cutters, etc.)
  • Maintain and rake bunkers to a high standard
  • Assist with sod installation and removal
  • Support senior staff with course projects and improvements

Schedule

  • 40+ hours per week
    • Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
    • Friday: 6 AM - 12 PM
  • Rotating every-other weekend schedule
    • Weekend hours: 6:00 AM – 9:30 AM
  • Flexibility required based on weather and club events
