Full Job Description

We are looking for Attraction Operators, Go-Kart Attendants, Laser Tag Marshals, Mini Golf Attendants, VR Operators, and Cashiers who will be responsible for monitoring and operating our attractions—including go-karts, laser tag arena, mini golf course, and virtual reality experiences. This includes assisting guests, explaining rules, operating equipment safely, selling tickets and merchandise, and providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous customer service experience, the ability to work well under pressure, and a positive, outgoing attitude. Applicants must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.



Responsibilities:

Guest Safety & Attraction Operation

  • Ensure all guests meet safety and participation requirements (height/age rules depend on attraction)
  • Clearly explain safety procedures, attraction rules, and equipment operation
  • Secure guests safely in go-karts, VR headsets, and gear as needed
  • Enforce all safety regulations and remain knowledgeable about safety procedures
  • Operate attraction control panels, computers, and timing systems
  • Perform daily safety inspections on go-karts, VR equipment, and other attractions
  • Maintain proper flow of guests through attractions (loading/unloading, resetting equipment, etc.)
  • Supervise the laser tag arena and ensure safe gameplay
  • Assist with mini golf course upkeep, resetting obstacles


Customer Service

  • Greet guests with a positive and professional attitude
  • Answer questions about attractions, packages, and pricing
  • Assist customers with VR equipment and guide them through experiences
  • Help guests safely exit attractions and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Provide fast, friendly service—especially during busy times


Cashier & Sales Duties

  • Sell tickets, wristbands, upgrades, and merchandise
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently
  • Promote specials, deals, and combos when applicable
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier area


General Facility Upkeep

  • Keep all attraction areas clean and presentable
  • Assist with cleaning restroom areas, parking lot, and attraction zones as needed
  • Support other departments, including maintenance, when required


Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with computers or electronic equipment (training provided)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to speak loudly and clearly so all guests understand instructions
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Outgoing, friendly personality with the ability to create fun guest interactions
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
