Job description

The Golf Outside Service Staff works in the golf operations department, supporting members and guests as they transition between the clubhouse and the golf course.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service while being friendly with an upbeat personality with members and guests in a fast-paced environment
  • Clean and park golf carts with close attention to detail
  • Load and unload golf bags on golf carts, store golf bags on storage racks and clean clubs
  • Set up, restock, and break down the driving range, collecting and washing golf balls with machinery and by hand
  • Clearly and positively communicate with the shop staff, coworkers, and guests
  • Constantly maintain a clean work area, including the cart barn, cart staging area, and range facility

Qualifications:

  • Able to read and speak English fluently
  • A current U.S. Driver's License is required
  • Able to operate golf carts and range equipment
  • Can work outdoors in various weather elements (rain, sun, heat, cold, snow, etc.)
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Engage in physical activities like standing for long periods, walking, and utilizing hands for tasks that involve gripping, handling, poking, and reaching
  • Can safely lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 70 pounds
