 Schedule & Shift Benefits
  • 4-Day Work Week: enjoy 3 days off!
  • Shift Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (10-hour shifts)
  • Flexible Schedules: Monday – Thursday OR Tuesday – Friday

What You'll Do (Job Responsibilities)
As a Production Specialist, you will play a key role in creating premium furniture products by:
  • Preparing and processing furniture components throughout the production line.
  • Performing finishing work including sanding, filing, and edge banding for a flawless look.
  • Operating tools safely, including various hand tools and pneumatic/air-powered equipment.
  • Maintaining high quality by keeping exceptional attention to detail on every piece.
  • Promoting teamwork by supporting a safe, clean, and productive work environment.

What We Are Looking For (Job Requirements)
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours.
  • Tool Experience: Confident using hand tools and pneumatic/air tools.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to accurately read a standard tape measure.
  • Work Ethic: Strong communication skills and a track record of dependable attendance.
  • Safety Gear: Steel-toe boots are strictly required on the production floor.
