We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to support daily front office operations. This role assists in leading the front desk team, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering outstanding guest service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support front desk team members during assigned shifts 
  • Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes 
  • Provide exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly 
  • Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding new team members 
  • Monitor reservations, room assignments, and guest requests 
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand standards 
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness 
  • Assist management with reporting and daily operations 

Qualifications:

  • Previous front desk or hospitality experience required; supervisory experience preferred 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent customer service abilities 
  • Experience with hotel PMS systems preferred 
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
