Reddy Dermatology is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

The front desk is often the first and last interaction our patients have with our office, so we are looking for someone who is welcoming, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping people. We value someone who can stay organized in a busy office while still making each patient feel comfortable and well cared for.

What You’ll Do
  • Warmly greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
  • Update patient demographics and insurance information
  • Collect copays and patient balances when applicable
  • Enter and maintain accurate information in the electronic medical record
  • Scan and upload documents into patient charts
  • Assist with referrals, medical records requests, and other front-office responsibilities
  • Communicate with providers and clinical staff regarding patient questions and needs
  • Help keep the front desk organized and the office running smoothly
