As a People Specialist at Fifth and Harrison HR Consulting, you will perform tactical HR generalist work, supporting clients in various day-to-day HR functions. This contract position offers the flexibility to work part-time or full-time, in either fractional or interim roles, depending on your availability and client needs. You will be an essential part of the HR team, ensuring that the fundamental HR processes run smoothly and efficiently for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees.
  • Handle employee relations tasks such as addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies.
