What You’ll Do:

  • Spread Joy: Greet every guest with a warm smile, answer inquiries, and make everyone feel at home.

  • Keep Things Moving: Coordinate registrations, schedule lessons, and manage records with ease.

  • Stay Connected: Handle phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.

  • Support the Fun: Process payments and ensure our facility sparkles for all to enjoy.

  • Be a Team Player: Collaborate on exciting events and programs, and lend a hand wherever needed.

  • Grow with Us: Take on new challenges and support our team under the guidance of our club manager.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

  • Fluent to speak in Mandarin Chinese.

  • Top-notch organizational skills with an eye for detail that makes everything run smoothly.

  • Proficient with MS Office and Google apps.

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for creating great experiences.

Work Schedule:

  • Part time - Available during weekday evenings and/or weekends
