Experienced Floral Designer โ€“ Part-Time (1โ€“2 Days Per Week)
Exceptional Flowers โ€“ Boca Raton

Exceptional Flowers is looking for an experienced floral designer to join our team. If you enjoy creating beautiful arrangements, take pride in your work, and thrive in a fast-paced flower shop, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a permanent part-time position with a well-established florist that has been serving South Florida for over 30 years.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing and completing the day's customer orders
  • Keeping the cooler stocked with fresh, beautiful arrangements
  • Preparing ("greening") cylinder vases for upcoming orders
  • Processing and conditioning fresh flowers
  • Taking customer orders by phone
  • Processing online orders through our POS system (training provided)
  • Helping keep the shop clean, organized, and running smoothly

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional floral design experience
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
  • Basic computer skills (we'll train you on our POS system)

Schedule

  • Permanent part-time position (1โ€“3 days per week)
  • Additional hours available during our busiest seasons:
    • Valentine's Day week
    • Mother's Day week
