The Wanderers Club is seeking a friendly and dependable Part-Time Racquets Pro Shop Associate to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a Member-focused environment and has strong communication, organization and customer service skills.
Responsibilites
• Greeting and assisting members and guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Booking and charging private and group lessons accurately through the club's system.
• Answering phones and handling member inquiries efficiently and courteously.
• Processing sales transactions and promoting Pro Shop merchandise.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space.
• Assisting with inventory, restocking, and product displays.
• Opening and closing the Pro Shop following established procedures.
• Supporting Racquets Department staff during events and peak times.
Requirements
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a hospitality, retail, or country club environment preferred.
