Loss Prevention

Monitor stores and warehouse for potential threats Identify potential thieves or vandals among staff or patrons In some instances, monitor displays or changing rooms, both of which can provide additional opportunities to steal merchandise Review inventory and stock and investigate suspected pilferage by employees Document theft and other security violations Ability to respond well to emergency situations

Prior experience in loss prevention or educational background in loss prevention, security or law enforcement (preferred) 1-3 years retail experience (preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Superior observational skills Working knowledge of surveillance camera controls Ability to recognize unsafe working environments Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends Knowledgeable on safety processes and procedures
